GB 100m Sprinter Ashleigh Nelson
In the latest evolution of our Oner Active Partnerships programme, we’re thrilled to introduce our new Pro Athlete, Ashleigh Nelson. As a professional athlete, Ashleigh uses strength training to empower her mental and physical performance – both at competition level and in her day-to-day workouts.
At 15, Ashleigh was the fastest girl in the world. Since then, she has gone on to represent Great Britain at all the major athletics events – winning 4x100m Gold at the 2014 European Championships, Gold in the 2022 Commonwealth Games and Silver at the 2019 World Championships, among others.
Ashleigh credits her strength with keeping her motivated and focused, even during the toughest moments of her prolific career – which is what makes her the perfect Oner Active champion.
