How did you get into tennis?
I have an older brother who also played professional tennis. I loved watching him play and joined him on the court at 4 years old. My happy place is being on court and I love competing.
How would you describe your playing style, and how do you express your personality on court?
My playing style is aggressive – I like to be the one dominating. I’m a positive person on the tennis court and like to stay focused. I also find the humour in my mistakes, which I think shines through my personality a lot.
Beyond the court, what do you do to stay match-ready?
Physical preparation and recovery is key. It’s not just about training but eating clean, putting the right things in your body, stretching and using ice baths to keep your body loose. Most importantly, keeping your mind right. Do things you enjoy off the court to relax your mind.
What are your top 3 tips for an amateur player wanting to improve their game?
Fall in love with the process of losing. I was way too hard on myself every time I lost as a junior. Analyse what you can do better and get to work in a positive mindset.
How do you hope to inspire others through your journey – as a tennis player, model and creator?
I want to show people that you don’t have to fit into one box to be successful. Sport can open doors for you beyond competition. Tennis has taught me discipline, confidence, resilience and work ethic, and those lessons have become the foundation for opportunities in fashion, business and media. Most importantly: be yourself!
