When does the Summer Sale start and what is included?
- Our main Summer Sale starts on Wednesday 8 July 5PM BST / 12PM EDT / 9AM PDT / 6PM CEST, with up to 50% off selected items on our site.
- Our OnerYou Diamond and Platinum members get early access to the sale on Monday 6 July at 1PM BST / 2PM CEST / 8AM EDT / 5AM PDT.
- Our OnerYou Gold members get early access to the sale on Tuesday 7 July at 1PM BST / 2PM CEST / 8AM EDT / 5AM PDT.
How do I create a wishlist prior to the Summer Sale?
Simply follow these easy steps:
- Log into your account.
- Select your favourite products.
- Add them to your wishlist.
- Set a reminder for the live date, according to your OnerYou tier:
- Diamond and Platinum tiers on Monday 6 July at 1PM BST / 2PM CEST / 8AM EDT / 5AM PDT.
- Gold tier on Tuesday 7 July at 1PM BST / 2PM CEST / 8AM EDT / 5AM PDT.
- Main launch on Wednesday 8 July 5PM BST / 12PM EDT / 9AM PDT / 6PM CEST.
- Fill your basket before the products go.
How long will it take to get my order?
During peak times, orders will take longer than our standard shipping timeline – please bear with us.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link. Please kindly note, it may take up to 72 hours before your tracking link displays the first update.Â
We have additional resources planned to support our operations during peak periods, but there may still be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as US customs, courier disruptions or extreme weather. Will express shipping be available during the Summer Sale?
Unfortunately not. During peak shopping periods, we cannot offer express shipping.
What is your returns policy on items bought during the Summer Sale?
Items bought in the Summer Sale will have our usual 30-day returns policy (or more, depending on your OnerYou tier).

What payment methods are available during the Summer Sale?

Can I use my Student Beans discount during the Summer Sale?
Yes, Student Beans are offering 10% off the Summer Sale (it cannot be redeemed with another code). The code must be generated via Student Beans.
Can I use my Unidays discount during the Summer Sale?
Yes, Unidays are offering 10% off the Summer Sale (it cannot be redeemed with another code). The code must be generated via Unidays.
Can I buy a gift card during the Summer Sale?
Yes! Gift cards will be available to purchase during the Summer Sale, but they will not be discounted.
Can I buy a gift card in one region/country and use this in another country?
Gift cards can only be redeemed in the same country/currency that they were originally purchased in.
Can I use my Purpl discount during the Summer Sale?
You can only use your 15% off Purpl Discount via Purpl on full-price items (it cannot be redeemed with another code).
Can I use my Blue Light Card discount during the Summer Sale?
You can only use your 10% off Blue Light Card via BlueLightCard on full-price items (it cannot be redeemed with another code). The code must be generated via BlueLightCard.
Can I use the Who What Wear discount during the Summer Sale?
You can only use 5% off Who What Wear via Marie Claire on full-price items (it cannot be redeemed with another code).
Will I earn Oner Points on Summer Sale purchases?
Yes, absolutely! To collect Oner Points, you must be a registered customer and logged into your account when placing your order. Your points are then automatically calculated according to your order value and member status and will be added to your Oner Points balance within your Loyalty Club member account.
Can Oner Points be redeemed during the Summer Sale?
Yes, absolutely! You can use your Oner Points to create vouchers and redeem them on discounted products. However, you cannot use multiple discount codes in the same order. So, if you are using another extra discount code, you cannot combine it with a loyalty voucher. You need to choose one or the other. If you’re not using an extra discount, your loyalty voucher will work.
Do loyalty club members get early access to the Summer Sale?
Yes, if you’re a Diamond or Platinum member, you can shop the sale from 1PM BST / 2PM CEST / 8AM EDT / 5AM PDT on 6 July. If you’re a Gold member, you can shop the sale from 1PM BST / 2PM CEST / 8AM EDT / 5AM PDT on 7 July. The main launch is 5PM BST / 12PM EDT / 9AM PDT / 6PM CEST on 8 July.
What can I do if I redeem my Oner Points and then lose the code?

Pick, pack & ship
During peak times, please allow at least 2 weeks from your order date for your parcel to arrive. US orders may be subject to delays at US customs that are beyond our control.

Track
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 72 hours with tracking details so you can follow its journey with our Carrier.

Return
Our usual 30-day returns window (or more, depending on your OnerYou tier) applies to Summer Sale purchases.
